As a Customer Representative on our team, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that's dedicated to helping our customers succeed. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, who are fluent in German and English, and who are eager to learn and grow with our company.

What You'll Do in This Role

As a Customer Representative, you'll be responsible for providing first-class customer satisfaction at all times, handling incoming customer contacts, and supporting consumers in the sales and after-sales process. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via telephone, email, chat, or social media
  • Logging call details onto call tracking systems and performing call follow-ups according to procedures
  • Supporting consumers in the sales and after-sales process by qualification of needs, product recommendation, and after-sales support
  • Forwarding escalations and defined topics to the respective Client's brand units and/or contact persons
  • De-escalating complaints, offering solutions within Client's procedures, policies, or guidelines, or transferring to the Client's or designated partner for settling and resolution of non-standard cases
  • Ensuring correct presentation of the Client's corporate images in all interactions, representing its brand, and generating consumer experience through outstanding service and personal care on all channels

Your Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who are:

  • Bilingual or proficient in German and advanced English
  • Self-motivated, team players, supportive, outgoing, and open-minded
  • Active listeners with strong comprehension skills
  • Excellent written skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Goal-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Familiar with Office pack and keyboarding skills
