Job Description
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information critical to our operations. You will be responsible for performing data entry tasks with precision and efficiency, inputting, verifying, and updating data into our systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies. Key Responsibilities
* Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency, meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Input, verify, and update data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity

- Assist in data clean-up and quality improvement projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions

Required Skills
* Proficient in data entry and typing, with a minimum of 30 words per minute typing speed
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry, data management, or a related field
- Familiarity with data management software, such as Excel, Access, or SQL
