Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing the customer onboarding process and activities to ensure seamless integration with our solutions
- Serving as the first line of support for all customer issues, providing timely and effective resolutions to their concerns
- Updating and confirming all renewal opportunities to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Shipping customer orders on a weekly basis, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service
- Supporting operations with product assembly and updates, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our team

Work Environment and Culture
