Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Remote Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation
  • Providing information regarding arenaflex's products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service
  • Performing transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and/or other accounts
  • Advising members of other products and services that may fit their needs and providing opportunities for positive member interaction
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices, to provide expert-level support

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and other stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in multiple systems and software applications, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a similar industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultures
