Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting union members and veterans with their benefit inquiries. You'll provide information, guide them through the enrollment process, and offer support to ensure they receive the benefits that best meet their needs. Your role will be critical in helping our members navigate the complexities of our benefits, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives.

Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, or virtual meetings, providing timely and accurate information to our members

  • Explain benefit options to members and assist with enrollment, ensuring they receive the benefits that best meet their needs
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups, using our proprietary software to track and manage member inquiries
  • Provide ongoing support to answer any questions about benefits, offering guidance and assistance to our members as needed
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless communication with our members
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring our members receive the most accurate and timely information possible

Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment from home, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
