Customer Service Advisor Role

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from the public, requiring appointments following a referral. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Booking, re-scheduling, and cancelling appointments on our booking system
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications
