Key Responsibilities
As a Work at Home Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses

Schedule and Flexibility

You'll have the opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime hours. While we can't guarantee specific hours, we're committed to providing a flexible and accommodating work environment that supports your work-life balance.
Earnings and Revenue
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, your earnings will vary based on client and performance metrics. You can expect to earn competitive rates, typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available for meeting client and performance targets. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and you'll have the opportunity to earn bonuses and rewards for exceptional performance.

- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
- Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app

Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll enter into a contractual relationship with us. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment, and arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
