We're now looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote LATAM team. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in helping customers navigate and succeed with arenaflex's software. Your primary focus will be on providing top-tier support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, and troubleshooting general technical issues related to the arenaflex platform.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your day-to-day will involve:

  • Providing exceptional support to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting and solving general technical issues related to the arenaflex platform, using your logical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Reporting customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and following up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying and documenting any software bugs or issues for continuous improvement, helping us to refine and enhance our platform.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide a seamless experience.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in technical customer support or a similar role, with a strong understanding of software and technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Patience, attention to detail, and a logical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.
  • Experience with CRM and customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk, with a strong understanding of how to use these tools to deliver exceptional support.
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus, but not essential.
