Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for meeting with individuals who have signed up to receive our supplemental benefits. Your role will involve consulting with families, explaining the options available, and helping them select the best plan to fit their needs. You'll be a key point of contact for our clients, providing attentive customer service, administrative support, and expert guidance on our benefits.

Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, via phone, email, or other communication channels

  • Schedule Zoom meetings with these members to discuss their needs and preferences
  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing ongoing support and guidance
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs
  • Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ambitious and motivated, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
  • Ability to think like an entrepreneur, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding targets
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and concerns
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the insurance or benefits industry

  • Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and hearing insurance, as well as other supplemental benefits
  • Experience using Zoom or other video conferencing software
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

  • Weekly performance-based pay and bonuses, on average $65,000 to $68,500 first year annually
