Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Utilizing online chat applications to interact with customers, addressing inquiries related to pricing, refund policies, and discount codes

  • Working independently, following instructions precisely, and maintaining a high level of productivity

Essential Qualifications
