Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our data management team as a Data Entry Clerk. This part-time role offers the flexibility of working remotely, with a maximum of 4 hours per day, and provides the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks that contribute to the efficient handling of data for our organization. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering and updating data into our systems, generating reports, and ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter and update data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Generate reports and perform data analysis to support business decisions
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure that all data is up-to-date and accurate
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and improve processes

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Prior experience in data entry or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for data integrity
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and resolve conflicts

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software and systems, such as Microsoft Excel or Access

  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL or Tableau
  • Certification in data entry or a related field, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
