We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Conducting outbound calling to follow up on customer requests and provide assistance
- Processing customer orders and handling cash transactions accurately
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues effectively
- Utilizing computer systems to manage customer accounts and data entry tasks
- Providing support for sales initiatives by promoting products and services as needed
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Familiarity with computerized systems and office equipment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks
- Experience with cash handling is a plus
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish) will have an advantage in this role
