As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients, helping them navigate their insurance policies and resolving any issues that may arise.

Essential Functions
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing World-Class Customer Service: You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Working Independently: You'll work from home, with minimal supervision, and be responsible for managing your own time and workload.
- Maintaining Regular and Timely Attendance: You'll be expected to maintain regular and timely attendance, and be available to work during our standard business hours.
- Making Decisions and Problem-Solving: You'll be responsible for making decisions and solving problems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Holding to an Ethical Standard: You'll be expected to maintain the highest level of integrity and ethics in your work, and adhere to our company's code of conduct.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Designated Space and Internet Capability: You'll need a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection to work from home.
- Able to Pass a Background Check: You'll be required to pass a background check as a condition of employment.
- Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience: You'll need to have extensive experience with Microsoft Office or G-Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 2 Years of Customer Service Experience: You'll need at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
