Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Trainer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our employees and clients. This temporary role will require you to work closely with our team to create engaging and effective training materials, assess participant performance, and provide feedback to improve our training programs. Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Trainer at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate new hire, progression, and enhancement training: Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees, including new hire training, progression training, and enhancement training.
  • Train new and existing employees on client projects: Emphasize customer confidentiality and security in all training programs, ensuring that employees understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and security in their work.
  • Develop non-classroom communication and training materials: Create engaging and effective training materials, including online courses, videos, and other multimedia resources.
  • Assess individual participant and class performance: Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and provide feedback to improve our training materials and delivery.
  • Participate in minor client interaction: Attend Weekly Business Review meetings, provide feedback on curriculum effectiveness, and visit clients to ensure that our training programs meet their needs.
  • Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct: Maintain the highest standards of ethics and professionalism in all interactions with employees and clients.
  • Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy environment: Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, and be adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to: Familiarize yourself with our policies and procedures, including Security, HR, and Operations, and ensure that all employees understand and adhere to these policies.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments: Complete other tasks and assignments as required and assigned by your supervisor or manager.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Must be able to work remotely: Work from home or a remote location, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Must be flexible to work any 8 hours between 8AM-10PM EST: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including early morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
  • Must be willing to learn and adapt: Be open to new ideas, technologies, and processes, and be willing to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan, meet deadlines, and be accountable for the performance of others: Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and be accountable for the performance of others.

  • Experienced with the Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint: Possess experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
