Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve unique and complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the lighting industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping experiences
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with live chat and email support
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
