As a Health Care Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences will make a significant impact on our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle a steady volume of incoming calls from customers, navigating multiple systems to resolve their queries and concerns. - Provide empathetic and comprehensive solutions to customers, addressing issues related to insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges. - Utilize your excellent communication skills to create positive experiences for our customers and clients. - Manage your time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting productivity standards. - Collaborate with a supportive team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma, GED, or college degree. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy. - Great multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Availability to work weekends and flexible schedules. - Reliable high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free work environment. - Ability to complete a 3-week virtual training class with 100% attendance.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. - Experience working in a call center environment. - Familiarity with healthcare-related terminology and concepts.
