Experienced Customer Service Associate – Last-Mile Delivery Support

Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email to provide real-time support and resolve issues
  • Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure a positive experience
  • Upholding arenaflex values and respecting every customer interaction
  • Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers
  • Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer concerns
  • Consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
  • Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the best customer outcome
  • Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
  • Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule

Requirements

* High School or equivalent diploma

  • Previous experience in Customer Service
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools

A Day in the Life

You'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where arenaflex's leading logistics system operates. As orders are dispatched and delivered, you'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance. You'll be the go-to person for resolving delivery issues, rescheduling deliveries, and ensuring our customers receive their packages on time.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor Degree or equivalent work-related experience

  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
  • Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a logistics or delivery environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment

* You'll be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction

  • You'll be required to stand and walk for long periods, with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
  • You'll be working in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
  • You'll be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed
