What You'll Do
As a Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with collection of payments on their accounts. You'll work closely with your managers to receive feedback and guidance on how to improve your performance. Your goal will be to provide customers with knowledgeable answers that give them peace of mind, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound (some inbound) phone calls to customers to assist with payment collection
- Provide customers with knowledgeable answers and solutions to their issues
- Work closely with managers to receive feedback and guidance on performance
- Utilize scripted customer feedback to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Maintain accurate customer notes and records
Who You Are
We're looking for individuals with prior customer service experience, particularly those who have worked remotely in retail, sales, or wait staff roles. You'll need to have access to a quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection. A GED or High School Diploma is also required. If you're able to quickly and accurately type customer notes on a standard keyboard, you'll be a great fit for this role.

Compensation and Benefits
As a Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $14 per hour, plus commission incentives. Our team members who excel in their roles can earn an additional 50% of their hourly wages in incentives.
