What you will be doing: Designing and building scalable, robust Android applications using Kotlin and modern architecture patterns (e.g. MVVM) Applying SOLID and clean code principles, using Gradle and unit tests (JUnit, Mockito) to ensure high code quality Collaborating with cross-functional teams, product owners and stakeholders, and contributing to technical and architecture discussions Designing fit-for-purpose, scalable solutions and participating in code reviews Mentoring other engineers, supporting technical strategy, and promoting engineering best practices You are a good match if you have: Strong commercial experience in core Android development with Kotlin Hands-on experience with modern Android architectures (e.g. MVVM) and scalable mobile applications Solid understanding of SOLID, clean, maintainable code and Gradle-based Android projects Practical experience with unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) Proven experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders Experience mentoring engineers and presenting technical concepts to internal teams You get extra points for: Reactive programming experience (RxJava, Kotlin Coroutines / Flow) UI automation testing (Espresso) Experience with Continuous Integration (e.g. CircleCI) Why Intive: We cultivate an environment where innovative ideas and excellence have room to thrive - even with a remote workforce.
