What you’ll do Plan and manage software development projects from initial planning to final delivery Take ownership of projects and customer accounts, aligning delivery with business goals Lead project teams from kick-off to delivery and beyond Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships, manage expectations, and help drive decisions in complex situations Oversee project finances, track progress, and keep projects on course What makes you a great fit 2–5 years of experience in IT project management, delivering software projects in a project-based environment Strong people leadership skills, with a talent for motivating teams and bringing people together Excellent communication skills in Estonian and English A positive, solution-oriented mindset, even in more critical phases Experience working with public sector clients or tender processes is an advantage Why join Nortal?
