Job Description
M3 Global Research, an M3 company is looking for a Senior QA Analyst to manage the daily QA activity related to work submitted by the Engineering Team. The Senior QA Analyst will be responsible for testing products to ensure that the software runs smoothly and meets client needs both in functionality and scale. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to the following: Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery. Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team and development team. Coordinates product testing processes. Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues. Reviews client, customer, and user feedback. Works with manager to help communicate releases to the business
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent and/or related work experience 2+ years of relevant QA/testing automation experience Experience with business software systems and user management Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes Teamwork oriented Exceptional ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and priorities Ingenuity and the willingness to learn new techniques. Superior problem-solving ability; an analytical mindset Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both verbal and written AI and Automation Expectations: Including, but not limited to the following: Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and workflows, including how to leverage LLMs to generate test cases, analyze logs, and identify edge cases Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, and Cypress for end-to-end browser-based testing Working knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or comparable frameworks for validating service-layer behavior Familiarity with AI-powered QA platforms such as Testim, Mabl, or Functionize that use ML to create and maintain automated tests Understanding of CI/CD integration for automated test pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI Ability to evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools that improve test coverage, reduce manual effort, and shorten feedback cycles Comfort working alongside AI-generated code and validating its correctness through structured test strategies Awareness of responsible AI usage in testing, including prompt engineering basics and understanding model limitations Additional Information We are currently targeting candidates located in Brazil who are willing to work US EST hours We kindly ask that you submit your resume in English *M3 reserves the right to change this job description to meet the business needs of the organization #LI-JM1 #LI-Remote Apply To This Job
