Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in US Plaintiff-side Personal Injury law (Paralegal or JD background highly preferred). Technical Mastery: Mastery of Adobe Acrobat (or similar) for professional document organization and indexing. Legal Writing: Expert-level writing skills with the ability to maintain a formal, authoritative, and persuasive tone. Reliability: Ability to manage high-stakes projects with strict adherence to deadlines. Compensation & Workflow Flat-Fee Model: We pay per deliverable.
