Work from home Full-time role Hiring

OpenDor Media is hiring a Project Manager to join our Project Management team. In this role, you will be embedded within a specific department, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to everything the team works on — from initial planning through to delivery. You will help translate priorities into clear plans, own the day-to-day project operations, and make sure work moves forward smoothly and on time. This is a role for someone who thrives on building strong working relationships, getting into the details, and being the person a team can truly rely on. This is a remote, full-time position based in the United States and in the eastern time zone and reports to our Director of Project Management. What You’ll Do: Project Planning and Delivery Own end-to-end project management for all initiatives within your assigned department, from kickoff through completion. Translate team goals and priorities into clear project scopes, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Build and maintain project plans and task structures that give the team full visibility into what's happening and what's next. Track progress, risks, dependencies, and changes, adjusting plans proactively to keep things on track. Drive projects to on-time delivery while balancing quality, scope, and team capacity. Embedded Department Support Serve as the dedicated Project Manager for your assigned department — a consistent presence the team can rely on. Develop a deep understanding of how the department works, what it produces, and what it needs to operate at its best. Support day-to-day execution, coordination, and prioritization, and provide additional capacity during high-volume or high-complexity periods. Coordination and Communication Coordinate work across team members and stakeholders, facilitating clear handoffs and shared accountability. Clarify roles, responsibilities, and decision-making so nothing falls through the cracks. Lead project check-ins, planning sessions, and working meetings, documenting decisions, action items, and next steps. Provide clear status updates to the team and leadership, proactively surfacing risks or scope impacts. Systems, Tools, and Process Use project management tools to ensure visibility, accountability, and consistency across all work. Maintain organized project documentation and reporting. Apply shared PM standards while adapting to the specific workflows and rhythms of your department. Identify opportunities to improve processes, templates, and ways of working within the team.
