Every role here is a chance to be part of shaping the future of mortgage lending. ✨ Why This Role Matters As an Enterprise Account Representative (EAR), you serve as a critical extension of the Enterprise Account Executive, helping drive the success of our wholesale channel through relationship management, operational support, and consistent broker engagement. This role ensures brokers receive a seamless, informed, and high-quality experience while enabling the broader team to scale effectively. Your ability to balance service, communication, and proactive outreach directly contributes to broker satisfaction, retention, and growth. ️ Key Responsibilities Act as a secondary point of contact for brokers, ensuring communication is clear, professional, and timely. Build and maintain strong broker relationships through proactive outreach and ongoing engagement. Manage inbound inquiries from brokers, loan officers, and processors, delivering accurate information and effective solutions. Address and resolve broker concerns independently when possible, escalating appropriately with sound judgment. Partner closely with the Enterprise Account Executive to support relationship strategy and shared goals. Educate brokers on product updates, rates, services, and technology enhancements across multiple communication channels. Assist in creating and distributing marketing and informational materials to support product awareness and engagement. Leverage CRM systems to track broker interactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure follow-through. Identify broker needs and surface new business opportunities within the wholesale channel. Stay informed on mortgage products and programs to confidently guide and support broker inquiries. Participate in team meetings, contributing insights, updates, and feedback to improve team performance. Prioritize and manage a high-volume workload, ensuring responsiveness and operational efficiency. Support additional initiatives and responsibilities as needed to drive team success. What You Bring Experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management, ideally within mortgage or financial services. Familiarity with mortgage products, programs, and the wholesale channel, or a demonstrated ability to ramp quickly. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust and rapport. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through capabilities. Comfort using CRM systems, email platforms, and business tools to manage workflows. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving instincts. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team structure. A foundational understanding of the mortgage industry and broker ecosystem. A positive, adaptable approach to change and evolving business needs. A Day in the Life Your day may include: Responding to inbound broker inquiries and resolving questions related to products, pricing, or process. Proactively reaching out to brokers to maintain engagement and strengthen relationships. Partnering with your Account Executive to align on broker strategy and opportunities. Updating CRM systems to track communications and ensure no requests are missed. Sharing product updates or market changes with brokers through email or phone outreach. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve escalations or streamline broker experience. Participating in team meetings to stay aligned on priorities and share insights. Worksite This role is fully remote, allowing you to operate efficiently while staying closely connected to your team and broker network through virtual tools and communication platforms. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. Regular communication via phone, email, and virtual platforms. Occasional standing or movement throughout the workday.
