The Compensation + Benefits package: Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience Fully Remote! Monday - Friday Full-time Full suite of benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off and paid company holidays Preferred Qualifications + Software Knowledge: At least 3 years of Employee Benefits Account Management experience Experience managing small and mid-size accounts Active Life & Health license Microsoft Office Medical and ancillary insurance product knowledge Bilingual in Spanish is required!! The Core Responsibilities: Create strong relationships with clients Managing small to mid-size accounts and some self-funded accounts Provide comprehensive assistance during open enrollment periods, ensuring a smooth and clear process for all clients. Processing of endorsements, proposals, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Manage requests for information and documentation, providing support for client needs. Apply now!
