Data Entry Clerk

Job title: Data Entry Clerk Type: 100% Remote Duration: 3 Months Pay: $21/-hr on W2. Schedule: Monday to Friday - 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM CST Job Description: Operates a data entry device to input lists, records, or other data points into an electronic format. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with required years of experience in the field or in a related area. Associated degree STRONGLY preferred due to sensitive Data. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Position Responsibilities: Review DocuSign envelopes for completeness and accuracy Validate supplier information and supporting documentation Enter supplier banking information into Workday Follow written procedures carefully and consistently Manage repetitive, high-volume transaction work with a strong focus on quality and efficiency Work independently with limited day-to-day oversight Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Required qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of strong data entry experience Ability to achieve 15,000 KSPH Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency Ability to work independently and follow written procedures with minimal guidance Strong organizational skills and comfort managing repetitive, high-volume work High level of discretion when handling sensitive supplier and business information Preferred qualifications: Associate degree strongly preferred Experience working in DocuSign, Workday, or similar systems is a plus Apply To This Job
