Part Time Human Resources Intern

While this is an unpaid internship, it is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR within a fast-paced, creative environment. We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to join the HR team and gain valuable experience in the HR field, and overall exposure to a digital marketing agency. As a Human Resources Intern, you will support our HR team in various tasks and projects. We look forward to hearing from you!REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR, HRRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
- Help maintain employee records and update HR databases and files.
- Assist with recruitment processes, and scheduling interviews.
- Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist with HR compliance and policy documentation.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR practices.
