POS1300 - SERVICENOW PLATFORM ARCHITECT
Summary: The ServiceNow Platform Architect is responsible for defining and governing the enterprise functional architecture, platform standards, and long-term roadmap for the ServiceNow platform across Envision. Serving as the enterprise design authority, this role ensures that ServiceNow capabilities are scalable, reusable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture and business strategy. The architect partners closely with Digital Product leadership, business process owners, solution and platform architects, and delivery teams to translate enterprise priorities into durable platform capabilities while enforcing configuration-over-customization principles, maintaining platform coherence, and reducing long-term technical debt.The ServiceNow Platform Architect is responsible for defining and governing the enterprise functional architecture, platform standards, and long-term roadmap for the ServiceNow platform across Envision.
