Providence is calling for Project Coordinator - Remote One Revenue Cycle (ORC) is the name adopted to reflect the Providence employees who work throughout Providence Health and Services in revenue cycle systems and structures in support of our ministries and operations in all regions from Alaska to California. The Production Coordinator is responsible for provisioning access to Payor Websites, and performing scheduled IT production tasks, as well as monitoring automated processes to ensure there is no disruption of IT services to End Users. The Production Coordinator will serve as a liaison to OneIS, EPIC, or Rev Cycle System Support resources for ORC operational teams. The Production coordinator shall perform basic ad-hoc IT tasks as needed per ORC business operations. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Required qualifications: 5 years of General office experience. 3 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience. Track record in organizing and planning with a proven ability to effectively manage time, multi-task, and achieve results in a fast paced environment with competing priorities. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
