Serving as Systems Analyst II, being a caregiver starts in the office, where you will focus on assisting with essential project development and fulfilling enterprise objectives. As part of our IT and Cybersecurity team, you will do more than explore and expand your discipline and skills — your work will impact patients across the globe. A caregiver in this role works remotely in Ohio, Florida or Nevada, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m. with on-call requirements. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Complete routine support and designated project assignments. Provide input to develop solutions. Assist with project documentation, operational and business objectives, best technology capabilities, task level resource requirements, task plans and general communications. Develop process flow charts and report on project status. Support the development of information system requirements. Develop and maintain Epic-based reporting solutions. Work with large volumes of financial data. Support financial reporting functions across the team. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field and three years of experience in Information Technology with experience in applications development and support, end-user training, or equivalent experience in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position OR a High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience OR a Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience Notable client service, communication and relationship building skills For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Microsoft, CompTIA or equivalent certification Experience in formal software testing and quality assurance Epic testing and implementation experience Experience with regression testing, unit testing, integrated testing, troubleshooting and defect classification Experience with test script writing, test case design, detailed workflow analysis, application testing, troubleshooting, and defect classification Project management experience involving complex deliverables, parallel activities, and multiple stakeholders Experience using Tricentis qTest or comparable software test process management platform Experience facilitating problem reviews and root cause analysis Experience facilitating cross-functional test case design efforts involving two or more stakeholders 2+ years of experience building, supporting, and testing Epic clinical applications (e.g. Ambulatory, Inpatient, ASAP, OpTime, etc.) Intermediate to advanced programming experience with Microsoft tools (e.g. Visual Studio, SQL Server) Experience using Eggplant or comparable test automation tools 3+ years of experience in software testing, test script writing, defect management Strong detail-oriented work experience with complex systems implementation projects Physical Requirements: Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods. Ability to travel throughout the hospital system. Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment. Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. In some locations, ability to move up to 20 lbs. Personal Protective Equipment: Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
