Join a growing U.S. legal services platform backed by an established UK legal firm— connecting experienced US attorneys with pre-qualified clients actively seeking legal support. This is a freelance, fee-share opportunity designed for attorneys who want to focus on practising law, not chasing leads. The Role As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting pre-booked video consultations with clients on a range of family law matters
• Advising on divorce, custody, support, asset division, domestic violence, and related issues
• Take full responsibility for matters from initial consultation through to resolution, including pre-litigation strategy and, where appropriate, litigation
• Independently manage your caseload in a fully remote environment
• Deliver clear, practical, and client-focused legal guidance
• Managing your own caseload with full remote flexibility
• Delivering a high-quality, empathetic client experience
• Collaborating with the wider legal team where appropriate
• Contributing to client satisfaction, retention, and best practice standards
• Availability for evening and weekend consultations (optional, but preferred due to higher demand)

What We’re Looking For

• Active Ohio Bar License (required)
• 2+ years’ experience in family law
• Confident handling consultations independently
• Strong client communication and rapport-building skills
• Organized and consistently responsive in timely communication with clients and internal teams at all times

What We Offer

• Typical monthly earnings: $1,000 – $5,000+, depending on availability and conversions
