Job Summary
As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to arenaflex customers via phone. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with healthcare claims and enrollment, providing clear and concise information to ensure a smooth experience
- Develop a good rapport with customers, building trust and rapport through active listening and empathy
- De-escalate and manage difficult calls, using effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues
- Provide consistent, high-quality customer support, adhering to arenaflex's standards and guidelines
- Navigate multiple applications on a single call, using strong navigation skills to transition seamlessly between tasks
- Utilize dual monitors to manage multiple screens and prioritize tasks effectively
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
* 1+ year of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple applications on a single call
- Proficient with dual monitors and keyboard shortcuts, with the ability to navigate multiple screens and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent listening skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide personalized support
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills
- Must reside in the US and be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Successfully complete the mandatory paid 4-week training program with 100% attendance
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment, with a strong understanding of healthcare claims and enrollment
- Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Call Center Professional (CCCP)
- Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
- Strong navigation skills, with the ability to quickly transition between tasks and applications
- Proficient with keyboard shortcuts and dual monitors, with the ability to manage multiple screens and prioritize tasks effectively
