As a customer service specialist in our Government and Corporate Affairs division, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities:

* Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex to government and corporate clients

  • Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
  • Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
  • Communicate with customers over the phone to research passenger complaints, advise of cancelled or delayed flights, and communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that may affect the customer
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

What You'll Need for Success:

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training + Strong leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills + Ability to be resourceful and creative in resolving problems + High level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability + Satisfactory attendance required

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field + Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar systems + Certification in customer service or a related field

Essential Skills and Competencies:

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
