Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts, handling a high volume of calls from patients seeking prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage. You will be responsible for resolving patients' questions on the first call, providing empathetic and personalized service, and ensuring timely delivery of medications. Key Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of inbound calls from patients seeking prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
- Resolve patients' questions on the first call, providing empathetic and personalized service
- Ensure timely delivery of medications to patients
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and internal teams
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
- Experience working in a call center environment with a high volume of calls
- Certification in customer service or a related field
Training Schedule
* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule may vary)
- Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive salary range: $17.02 - $27.16 per hour
