Job Description:

As a Social Media Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the arenaflex experience for our customers across various social media platforms. You'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about arenaflex offerings while maintaining the company's high standards of service. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a love for arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and respond to customer queries on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram

  • Collaborate with other team members to provide feedback on customer interactions and contribute to the overall improvement of our social media presence
  • Update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with interaction notes
  • Personalize responses based on customer history
  • Support marketing campaigns by sharing engaging content
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries to help inform our social media strategy
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Provide insights and feedback on social media strategies based on customer interactions

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus

  • Proven experience in customer service or social media management is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their analytics
