Job Summary

We're looking for a talented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our store partners, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. If you're a strong communicator, a problem-solver, and a team player, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming calls from store partners, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and issues

  • Create and manage tickets for help and follow-up purposes, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and tracked
  • Conduct basic research to resolve customer issues, using available resources and tools to find answers
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, using strong note-taking and organizational skills
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to build trust and strong relationships, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Work independently, adjusting to changing workstreams and needs under pressure, while maintaining a positive and productive attitude

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including store management and customer service principles
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations, including those with varying needs and preferences
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
