Job Summary
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have an outstanding experience with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email
- Work independently to resolve unique problems and think outside the box to find creative solutions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issues
Schedule:
* 10-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule with options for each of the 4 days:
+ Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time + Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time + Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time + Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
Compensation and Benefits:
* Starting hourly rate: $18.00
- $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
- 2 weeks paid time off per year + 1 week sick time

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing)
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the Lighting Industry and arenaflex products
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
