Key Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and participants

- Participate in research studies and provide feedback to help shape new products and services
- Use Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized and track progress
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients via email, phone, and video conferencing
- Meet productivity and quality standards to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English; Spanish a plus for additional opportunities
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with stable internet connection
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support are helpful but not mandatory
