Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Baltimore International Airport. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety of property and people, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
* Provide various services such as wheelchair, security, and porter services to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure the safety of property and people by adhering to security procedures and protocols
- Maintain the wheelchairs in good condition and report any issues or damage to the supervisor
- Collect wheelchairs from terminals and parking lots, ensuring they are properly stored and maintained
- Provide security services at different areas, including doors, ramps, catering, and bag rooms
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management, including assisting with special events and projects

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with the ability to push and pull wheelchairs and other equipment
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
