Job Description

As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries about our clients' services and products. You'll work independently, using your own computer and Google Chrome browser, to provide top-notch support to our clients' existing customers. With a flexible schedule that allows you to work around your family commitments or other work opportunities, you'll have the freedom to choose when and how much you want to work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer customer inquiries about our clients' services and products

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work independently, using your own computer and Google Chrome browser
  • Make your own schedule, working around your family commitments or other work opportunities
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

+ Very good communication and problem-solving abilities + A quiet home office environment, or somewhere quiet to work + Must be over 18 years of age + A computer with a high-speed internet connection (Windows 7 or better) + A working headset (with a microphone) that can be used with your computer + The ability to perform work without supervision
