Experienced Full Stack Sales Representative – Social Media Chat Sales

The Role

As a Full Stack Sales Representative, you will be working with our highly skilled client success team to sell coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Your day-to-day will consist of:

• Starting new conversations with potential clients (2 hours)
• Following up with existing leads (2 hours)
• Growing your social media presence and engaging with your audience (2 hours)
• Replying to active leads and closing sales (1.5 hours)
• Managing and communicating with your team (30 minutes)

Key Responsibilities

* Sell coaching programs through social media platforms

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
• Develop and implement strategies to grow your social media presence
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with our client success team to provide exceptional service to our clients
• Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English

• Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
• Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
• Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
• Proven experience of at least 4 months in sales/customer service roles
• 100% confidence in your English skills

* Experience working from home

• Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in sales and marketing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem-solve and think creatively
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Pay and Benefits

* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development

• Training Stage: The training period is NOT paid for (training time averages 2-4 weeks)
• After completing training, your earnings will depend on Hourly + Commissions + Bonuses as follows:

+ Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200k/month + Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month + Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month

• No limit on commissions
