Job Summary

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat support. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits. Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product offerings, ensuring accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
