Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately inputting and updating client and case information into our firm's database, ensuring the highest level of data integrity and consistency.
• Verifying the accuracy of data before entering it into the system, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Maintaining and organizing electronic and paper files for easy access and retrieval, ensuring that our team can quickly and efficiently locate the information they need.
• Assisting with generating reports and data analysis as required by our legal team, providing valuable insights and supporting our attorneys and paralegals in their work.
• Collaborating with our attorneys and paralegals to ensure data integrity and consistency, working closely with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
• Managing and prioritizing multiple data entry tasks to meet deadlines, ensuring that our team can deliver exceptional results on time and on budget.
• Supporting our administrative team with additional tasks as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, demonstrating your ability to accurately and efficiently manage data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring that our data is accurate and reliable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
