Experienced Full Stack Sr. Manager of Forecasting – Global Customer Service Capacity Planning

As our Sr. Manager of Forecasting, you will create and deliver contact forecasts that we will use to generate a cost-effective and comprehensive global capacity planning solution for our Customer Service (CS) network. If you're passionate about customer experience, have a strong background in forecasting and analytics, and are looking for a challenging opportunity to grow and develop your skills, we encourage you to apply. #### Key Responsibilities As our Sr. Manager of Forecasting, you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts and managers spread across multiple countries, developing short-term and long-term contact forecasts using various forecasting techniques across multiple arenaflex markets. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing forecasting models and techniques to improve accuracy and reduce error rates
• Managing a team of analysts and managers to ensure low error contact forecasts and service level delivery
• Collaborating with senior CS leadership to develop and implement strategic long-term planning initiatives
• Analyzing data and identifying trends to inform forecasting and capacity planning decisions
• Developing and maintaining reports and analyses to support business decisions
• Leading and growing high-performing teams to achieve business objectives
• Interacting with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

#### Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in forecasting and planning, with a strong background in analytics and data analysis
• Experience managing a team of analytic professionals, including hiring, development, and performance management
• Strong technical skills, including SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication skills to share findings in an understandable and actionable manner
• Ability to lead successfully in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage teams to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads

#### Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

• MBA or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other business/analytical disciplines
• Experience in forecasting, time-series, and multivariate regression
• Combination of technical skills and business savvy to interface with all levels and disciplines across the organization
• Proven track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment
• Experience using AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Natural curiosity and desire to learn
