You will be responsible for auditing operations teams' and system outputs, suggesting and implementing process/system improvements, and identifying emerging process performance trends. Key Responsibilities

• Audit operations teams' and system outputs to ensure accuracy and quality
• Suggest and implement process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify emerging process performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement
• Track and maintain quality metrics for assigned processes
• Interact with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
