Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in English and French. You'll work from home on a schedule that suits your needs, choosing from various service intervals available 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who value flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to generate revenue on their own terms.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support to clients in English and French via phone, email, or chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior representatives
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a fair and consistent manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handling time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and communication tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer service role for a roadside assistance company or similar industry

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with customers in a bilingual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's technology platform and customer service software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
