Job Summary

As a Director of Risk Management and Data Analysis, you'll be responsible for leading our risk management and data analysis efforts, identifying and mitigating risks, and driving business growth through data-driven decision making. You'll work closely with our innovation and business teams to develop and implement risk management strategies and business processes, and you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform our business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead our risk management and data analysis efforts, identifying and mitigating risks that could impact our business

• Develop and implement risk management strategies and business processes that align with our company's growth goals
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform our business decisions
• Collaborate with our innovation and business teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth
• Identify and assess new data sources that could add value to our products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, innovation teams, and external partners
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management and data analysis

Essential Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• At least 5 years of experience in risk management and data analysis, with a focus on financial services
• Proven track record of identifying and mitigating risks, and driving business growth through data-driven decision making
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial services and risk management principles

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

• Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python or R
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure
• Certification in risk management or data analysis, such as the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or Certified Data Analyst (CDA)
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation and growth
