Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support group, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, addressing their queries, and helping them get the most out of our platform. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with clients to resolve how-to questions and investigate issues on the arenaflex platform
- Provide a "human-first" experience through voice and written communications across various channels, including chat, email, phone, and arenaflex devices
- Develop expertise in arenaflex products, both from a technical and client use-case perspective
- Identify opportunities to enhance client value, streamline processes, and drive business growth
- Work closely with leadership to implement organizational efficiencies, share insights, and drive client satisfaction
- Partner with peer colleagues to increase client engagement and retention, fostering a collaborative team environment

What You'll Do
* Join forces with arenaflex clients to address their queries and provide expert support
- Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, both from a technical and client use-case perspective
- Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational efficiencies, share insights, and enhance client satisfaction
- Work closely with peer colleagues to increase client engagement and retention, fostering a collaborative team environment
How You'll Be Evaluated
* Ticket Goal + Case Volume
- Consumer satisfaction + Quality of Client Communications
What Experience You Should Have
* 2+ years of experience in providing SaaS customer support to organizations with complex models
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
- Experience building best practices focused on help quality and efficiencies, possibly from a leadership or mentorship role
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, driving a culture of innovation and excellence
- Multiple instances of prioritizing high-impact work among competing needs or requests
