Job Summary

As the Inventory Network Frameworks Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting and maintaining the Distribution Center Administration Framework
• Serving as the primary point of contact between the Centralized computer and Application Development divisions
• Collaborating with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and introduce actual foundation that supports the DC, as well as administer and support section of all moves/add/change demands
• Contacting MHE merchants as it relates to data management
• Working with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks
• Coordinating all data backups and data recovery procedures
• Serving as the liaison between the distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution
• Supporting all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals
• Supporting LAN (Local Area Network) design
• Performing all future arrivals of software
• Coordinating stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and reporting utilization to MIS
• Regulating nonexempt staff
• Maintaining all control tables within the WMS, including access security
• Screening the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and available to all end users
• Managing and screening end-user access and freedoms and reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
• Developing reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio

Required Capabilities

* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.

• 2+ years of experience working in a delivery climate
• 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
• Must be local, as this is not a remote job (Note: This job is actually a remote work opportunity)

Preferred Capabilities

* Project management experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
• Excellent relational and communication skills
• Experience working with data entry software and systems
