Responsibilities
As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
- Utilizing your excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus).
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- A strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- A positive and professional demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a quick turnaround time for responses and issue resolution.
Requirements
To apply for this role, you'll need:
- Your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
- To live within the state of Texas.
- A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position).
- The ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
- The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.
